Chris received his Master’s Degree in Communication from Wheaton College after graduating from the University of Oklahoma as a student/athlete.
He has served two college communication faculties, worked in fundraising for over 10 years and has been trained in conflict resolution by the Administrative office of the courts of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma.
Chris is the co-founder of Baby Builders an infant motor-skill activity program and is principal of Summit Solution Group which provides keynote speaking, training and coaching.
From Army National Guard Bureau, US Bank, and ConocoPhillips to small family owned businesses, Chris helps to improve communication processes and results.
Chris is a Cherokee Citizen and lives in Oklahoma with his wife and five children.
Frank, an affiliate of Summit Solution Group, earned a PhD in Geology from Rice University in Houston, TX, and joined Cities Service Oil Company in Tulsa, OK. He soon became Manager of Geologic Research where he gained a reputation as a leader who recruited top talent, launched careers and developed and retained technical talent through innovative, highly personal techniques. He subsequently served as Director and Professor of the Geology School at the University of Oklahoma, Director of Technical Human Resources for Cities Service and Director of Strategic Planning for the American Geological Institute.
After a corporate merger, he began an odyssey of self-development with stops at Exxon, USA, a sabbatical with human potential thought leaders in San Francisco, and the formation of Wantland & Associates, L.L.C. in San Francisco and Tulsa. Currently Frank is a corporate consultant and a private career coach in Tulsa. Using Face Time his one-on-one clients can be virtually anywhere. He helped establish a volunteer-based program, Overcoming Job Transition, that has helped counsel and redirect the careers of well over two thousand people displaced by corporate downsizings in Tulsa since the economic downturn of 2008. He blogs on LinkedIn and is currently completing the a book on leading smart people and solving the problems of unwanted attrition and employee disengagement through Humble Inquiry.
Dennis Queen, of the Leadership Habit, is an affiliate of the Summit Solution Group.
Dennis has over 35 years’ experience in education, including 20 years as the head of a private school in Oklahoma. Dennis regularly consults with schools and serves on accreditation boards.
Dennis earned a masters’ degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Oklahoma State University and has received continuing education from Case Western University’s Weatherhead School of Leadership.
Dennis’ diverse experience and training including serving on the Scholastic Books Advisory Board, the Will Rogers Community Foundation and serving as a marine and an All-star military basketball player.
He and his wife of 40 years have 3 children and 2 grandchildren (he has pictures).

Dan Langdon is a seasoned speaker, teacher, manager, and mentor. With over 25 years experience speaking to groups of all sizes, Dan, an affiliate of Summit Solution Group, has spent his career training, coaching, and mentoring young and old alike to both communicate and relate well with others.
Having spent 10 years overseas in both Scotland and Japan, he has varied and extensive experience aiding both individuals and organizations in their move from stuck, to vision, to reality. He helps teams identify unrealized ideas, giving them voice, direction, motivation and executable plans for success.
He has coordinated international campaigns, directed domestic youth programs, managed medical organizations and professionals, and shepherded countless individuals in the classroom, on the field, and through their everyday lives.
A graduate of OCU, he is known best for his ability to inspire and bring change by identifying and communicating penetrating truths with clarity and passion. He and his wife, Kathy, of twenty-five years have four children and live in Tulsa, OK.
